With the game in its current state attacking events cannot occur anymore. These are the fairly obvious reasons...

Balance - Attacking now vastly overpowers defending since the recent update. For players with a lot of troops like myself, we are setup well for this. Other weaker players have found themselves quitting after the most powerful players can easily lay waste to their entire army's losing next to no troops in the process. This is really an issue that has been on kingdom chat almost ever night. Everyone is aware of the imbalance currently but we can't do anything about it. 

Stupidity of no Reinforcements - Adding into the game attacking events with absolutely no reinforcement feature for players ally's and friends was simply atrocious planning. If a weaker member of an alliance did get hit there is absolutely nothing their alliance can do for them if they can't afford a shield. They can be attacked 200 times a day and while we can port in and try to hit and force the attacker away he need only attack with around 10k troops to be effective at stealing any generated resources. The result is the player has nowhere to turn and leaves. 

Top 100 system - This system only benefits the strongest players with the most troops and awards them with vast amounts of gold so the top 10 of a kingdom and especially the top 5 can grow even stronger without spending a penny or doing very little in the first place. 

Rally - There is no rally feature currently in the game. Rally is an essential component in forcing a large attacker to leave a group of players and in guild organisation. Not having this simply means large players will not bother attacking each other as one will lose troops and the other simply won't. 

Quite simply the game cannot support anymore attacking events. It couldn't really support the last one which really damaged my kingdom it forced many players to leave and was not a fun event. I fully recognise this is a war game but the features are just not there and right now this event is a bit of a farce.

Guys can we conquer in this game? Because i use to play Grepolis an awsome browser based startegy and we could take their other players city, then their city would have to start from zero. for me thats the thrill yet i dont seem anyone to tell me if we can in this game?) Thnks. Ismaelrais

Anyone who thinks that we should have a conquering system in which we could conquer other players and force them to start from scratch offcourse measures should be taken to assist weak players. I think that this is an awsome innovation that couls be done before innovaying features likes army options etc...

They have made attacking smash defense, I was farming a person, they scouted me, so I brung them back and he started to attack me, I have walls lvl19, lord maxed out on health and defense...

#79393 Trapping

When I've played games similar to this one, I've always been successful with traps. For big traps, I've used a 12:1 t2:t4 troops, with a lvl 24 castle or stronghold.

I just started playing this game, so I'm trying to get the right ratio for a much smaller trap. I'm only t1,t2 right now.

Anyone have any other proven tactics for small traps?

Dev team,

Just checking in, you gave all been very quiet lately. Are there any changes you have in the works. The game is stagnating and many people are quitting , which means less revenue for you. I'm tempted to quit, but before I do, just want to hear if you have any changes in the works which might help to renew my interest in the game.

#1698 Possible Merging Kingdoms

I notice they just open Kingdom 5. That is great but K1 - K4 lack the population to excel as a Kingdom if they ever get KvK.

My suggestion to the devs is to remove dead unactive castles to make room and maybe to merge K1 with K2 and K3 with K4. Why K5?? Population in K5 is probably under 50..

This update while very small has some changes we have needed such as the UI changes for sending attacks/resource missions. 



After analysis it may not be as major a problem. But certainly i still don't find it a great feature. 



"Receive prizes for being in the top 100 at the end of an Event"


This i believe is now in relation to who completed the event the fastest and not the top 100 players. (The lack of patch notes makes it difficult) This is, okay but the problem is that if you get a gold reward for completing an event fastest then this would outweigh the cost of simply using gold to do this in the first place. Especially for attacking or for building/training events. I mean its okay but again i focus my attention on new players being able to interact with and join the kingdoms. I don't see this massively benefitting new players and will simply make the top 100 even stronger. Its not giving real incentives to grow other ways like npc barbarians and sending your troops on lengthy quests to help some npc village etc. There is many locked features and these are NEEDED.  I want bigger kingdoms with features to help these people grow. 



World Chat - A chat where all the kingdoms can interact with each other. You will have Alliance, Kingdom and World. It will at least give us more to talk to and limit the amount of times i have to view endless turkish discussions.This would be a nice feature i believe. 

"Speed up marches"


NO NO NO. The whole point of these war games is that marches TAKE TIME. That means if i choose to attack an enemy and i am safely across the map or further away and i don't want to waste a port then it is a risk and this attack will take VALUABLE TIME. This will put me at risk of them shielding, increasing their defence or attacking me back and forcing me to recall if they are online. 

Nope we have removed this factor completely if you throw a little gold at it. Did we even need this, no i don't think so. 

The good:

Kills are now displayed on the profile when you select a castle. 
- Can select the amount of troops now to put on marches by clicking the box.
- Some visual improvements to the troop attack feature. 

Those are my views.

#1449 More tier 5/6 resources are needed.

Increasing map size should fix this problem but this has become an issue. There is simply not enough tier 6 resources to go around and having more tier 5 would also be helpful. 


There is vast patches where there is absolutely no resources also. Its just not that balanced anymore as most of the players are squashed into an area about 15% of the size of the entire map to get the tier 5 resources as the others are completely useless to us. 


Also if a resource is below 100k and has not been touched for over 48hours it should automatically reset to avoid constantly stumbling across resources some of which are into single digits they are so low and having to waste lots of time clearing them just so another will respawn. Its time consuming and very irritating.
