Could you please send us an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- since when did the issue occur?
- do you remember any actions you took before it appeared?
- does it occur on other device?
- does it occur on another account?
- what version of the game do you currently have installed?
One of my colleagues will be able to investigate this further and assist you with the problem
